Skills development:
Our primary objective is to collaborate with as many Setas as possible to expand our reach and provide comprehensive training programs to learners. Currently, we are affiliated with Mict Seta, which is our primary Seta for End User Computing NQF 3, and ETDP Seta for Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator NQF level 5.
Sports:
In many rural areas and schools, sports have become a thing of the past. However, Pass It On Training Centre is on a mission to change that. With a goal to revive sports in these communities, we have started by introducing volleyball coaching in Reiger Park Boksburg. Our aim is to expand our efforts to include other sports codes and reach out to more areas. By doing so, we hope to promote physical activity, teamwork, and a sense of community among young people.
Community recreation:
Community recreation is an essential aspect of local leisure activities that cater to people of all ages and interests. It encompasses a wide range of offerings, such as community recreation facilities and activity programs, including sports, aquatics, and personal development programs. By making these resources available, we can create a more vibrant and inclusive community that fosters healthy living, social interactions, and personal growth. Our current focus is on restructuring our communities to ensure that sports and other leisure activities are accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. This will enable us to build stronger bonds within our communities and promote a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Our mission is fueled by a strong commitment to addressing the pervasive issues of unemployment and poverty in South Africa, as well as the shortage of skilled artisans.

The vision of Pass it on Training Centre is to be a skills development training centre of choice across all provinces in South Africa. Our vision is to equip the disadvantaged and has it sights on soon becoming a leader in the development and training of a variety of SETA Accredited skills.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to empower people and contribute to social upliftment by presenting practical orientated skills courses, through superior training. Our mission is to equip the youth under 18, the youth above 18 to 26, adults 26 and above, females, and the disabled. We will deliver high-quality competency training that would lead to immediate employment. Our target market is indicated above. Within the next two years, we want to see growth in our rural areas across our country, starting where we are currently in the east rand Ekurhuleni after which we want to venture into the rest of our province. Within 5 years we want our roots firmly grounded in the training industry.
